Wesley Tallant

Wesley Tallant is a writer, children's book author, and retired firefighter. As the son of a World War II U.S. Army veteran, he was born and raised in the state of Texas. He left only to serve his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War era. He has since returned and lives in Blossom, TX where he has raised three sons with his wife who passed away after 43 years of marriage. After 24 years with the Paris Fire Department, he retired in 20o4 to begin writing full-time. He is an active member and Sergeant at Arms with  the American Legion Post 199 in Deport, Texas.
